Consider checking with USA.gov FIRST, for free traveler's advice and services, before paying for private  businesses to accomplish - duplicate services at a fee.  The United States government provides U.S. citizens with Emergency Services, Embassy Registration, Student Travel Services, and a host of other international travel support - at low cost or at no cost!  Why not take advantage of this situation, before electing to spend money on such things?  You can then save money to better use enjoying yourself on your personal trip, or to facilitate fully your business trip.
